Scheduling

How routes work, timing, and weather changes.

We schedule by route. Once you’re on the schedule, we’ll tell you your usual route day. Exact timing can vary based on weather and workload.

If the lawn is too wet to protect turf and leave a clean finish, we reschedule. We adjust the order, not the quality, and we communicate changes when possible.

For recurring maintenance, we typically give a route day rather than an exact time window. For one-time projects, we can often schedule a more specific time range.

Weekly is best during peak growth for the cleanest look. Biweekly can work depending on the season and turf type, but the finish may be less crisp if growth is heavy.

Services

What’s included and what’s optional.

Most visits include mowing, trimming, edging on hard surfaces, and blowing off walkways and driveways. Add-ons can include bagging, bed detailing, and hedge shaping.

Yes. Spring cleanups, fall cleanups, mulch installs, property resets, and other one-time projects are available.

Haul away is available depending on volume and scope. We’ll quote it clearly so you know exactly what’s included.

Yes. Typical mulch installs include bed prep, edging refresh, mulch installation, and cleanup. We can also recommend quantities once we see photos or the property.

Pricing

How quotes work and what affects the cost.

Pricing depends on lawn size, terrain, obstacles, growth, trimming intensity, edging length, and cleanup requirements. We quote clearly so you know what you’re paying for.

Often, yes. A few clear photos and your address can be enough for a preliminary quote. If the project is complex, we may confirm on site for accuracy.

Yes. Many clients choose a standard maintenance package and add projects like cleanups or mulch when needed.

If the lawn is significantly overgrown, it can require extra time and cleanup. We’ll confirm any additional cost before doing extra work.

Policies and expectations

Clear rules that keep the experience smooth.

Usually no. We can service most properties without the homeowner present. We do ask that gates are accessible and pets are safely secured.

Please move small items like hoses, toys, and furniture if possible. Clearing the yard helps us work faster and protects your property.

Let us know quickly. We care about the finish and we’ll handle reasonable fixes as soon as possible.

We treat your property like it’s ours. We keep gates closed, avoid damage to landscaping, and leave walkways and driveways clean.

What “premium” means here

Premium is not a fancy word, it’s repeatable standards. The finish is the difference.
